All our plans and features are digital in nature. Once a subscription is activated and access to premium features is granted, no refund will be provided, as the service delivery begins immediately.
All subscriptions on ClickToCare are time-based (monthly, quarterly, yearly, etc.).
Renewal charges will apply as per your selected plan.
You may cancel your renewal anytime before the next billing date.
If you are charged twice or face a failed transaction, please contact our support team within 7 days with the payment details.
After verification, duplicate payments will be refunded within 7 working days.
If due to any technical problem you are unable to access your paid features, our team will resolve the issue or extend your service period.
Refunds will only be considered in cases where services could not be delivered at all, after investigation.
You may cancel your subscription anytime. However, no refund will be provided for the remaining period after activation.
For automatically renewing subscriptions, please cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid charges.
